Carry out administrative activities for all recruitment and placement processes, including coordinating with Users, candidates, and outsiders involved in the recruitment process in the company in order to support all recruitment processes to run smoothly in accordance with the system and procedures applicable in the company.
Job Requirements:
Diploma 3 / Bachelor Degree majoring in Administration or related field, with min GPA 3.00
1-2 years experience as HR Admin would be beneficial
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Customer service-oriented and good personality
Excellent work standard and attentive to detail
