Job responsibilities
Responsible to conduct secretarial, administrative document controlling, and travel services in Jakarta Office to ensure the company’s operations run smoothly.
- Arrange Board of Directors internal & external meetings and ensure that minutes of meetings are taken and circulated to the related parties
- Control incoming and outgoing documents such as letters in TPI Jakarta Office to ensure Company documents are well maintained
- Assist the circulation of the Board of Director's signatories on documents to support Company operational activities
- Establish and maintain document tagging, numbering and labeling procedures to ensure all documents are in order and available
- Coordinate with other departments regarding company documents to ensure that all documents are well updated with the latest version and to keep track of document revisions

- Perform general administrative duties such as input data Request For Approval Form (RFA) to system AX 2012 to support the company’s daily operations
- Coordinate business travel arrangements for BOD and Jakarta Office employees to ensure all business travel is done according to the prevailing policies and is done in a timely manner
- Implement the safety rules and procedures in accordance with the quality management in the Company in order to ensure the safety and smoothness of Power Plant operation
Job requirements
- Minimum Diploma 3 majoring in Secretary or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial or office administration (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Required Competencies: Secretarial, Document Management, and Office Administration
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Good communication skills
