Responsibilities
- Collect all information pertinent to new employees
- Draft and prepare all letters pertinent to personnel and recruitment process
- Maintain and manage HRIS along with hard copy records of employees
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records since hire to retire
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
