Our practices

You will gain exposure to our full range of international transactions. Our practices include:

• Cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Cross-border joint ventures and negotiations with the counterparty
• Private equity and venture capital investments
• Formation of different types of investment funds including private equity and hedge funds
• Assisting leading Chinese private enterprises with structuring their overseas holding structures and subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions and related tax advisory
• Assisting to applying for any regulatory licenses for leading Chinese private enterprises operating overseas in a diverse range of sectors 

Method of Internship Program

Given we are all based internationally, you can work in the Indonesia online with us and we will interact with you through regular online meetings and via our online platforms. There will be a lot of interactions and discussions throughout your internship so that we can work together on projects and for you to obtain full exposure to international transactions.
