Job Descriptions
- Develop customer-related strategies and programs (customer service, service quality, customer relations, and service culture).
- Perform service recovery for complaints that occur by following up on complaints to the relevant departments and ensuring that they are resolved.
- Customer surveys include distribution forms and data from customers, data analysis, and distribution of survey results to interested parties
- Conduct program socialization and monitoring of the implementation of all customer relationship concepts in branches and the Head Office.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from any field with a GPA minimum of 2.75 from 4.00.
- Fresh Graduate or having experience in customer service or related field.
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
