You will be working on projects (relevant to your educational background and interest) with specific support to the Human Capital / Finance / Legal / Corporate Corporate Communication / Risk / Internal Audit team.
You will learn how to brainstorm ideas for process optimization and participate in projects that aim to continuously enable Bank BTPN businesses.
Qualification
Students from Psychology, Finance, Accounting, Law, Communication with GPA of 3.0 (preferably final year students)
Available for a minimum of 6(six ) months and a maximum of 12 (twelve) months internship programs
Have excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Strong organizational or volunteering experience
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
