Associate Research Ops

Job Description

1. Understand and fulfill multiple user research needs in participant recruitment and its end-to-end management, including incentives and administration
2. Be a thinking partner to UX Researcher to discuss and recruiting criteria for research studies
3. Understand the company’s channel recruitment performance, SOP, data, and existing sources to choose fit recruitment channels
4. Communicate with stakeholders about progress and final work of a recruitment and operation project
5. Communicate internal needs to vendors and vice versa when needed
6. Anticipate challenges to make sure recruitment and operation runs smoothly
7. Evaluate and propose solutions to improve recruitment and operation system

Job requirements

1. Have a relevant education or experience related to operation or recruitment management. Familiar with user research recruitment or methods is a plus
2. Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Docs, or other Google Workspace Tools
3. Excellent communication skills at speaking and writing in Bahasa and English
4. Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced working culture
5. Has logical thinking, self-driven, result-oriented
6. Be able to empathize with users and have a high initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn more
7. Like to plan and do routine tasks (project concept, review, reporting, etc.) and recruitment processes
