We’re looking for IT Support to help revolutionize our infrastructure, automate our operational day-to-day tasks, and manage high-throughput business-critical services, with specific emphasis on long-term maintainability, resilience against failures, and high scalability. You are going to interact, communicate, and collaborate also improve the relationship along with the cross-function.
Job Description:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating system, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot system and solve hardware or software faults based
- Replace parts as required provide support
- Conduct electrical safety checks on IT equipment
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles in OS
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or minimum Diploma degree majoring in Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in Laptop Hardware
- Experience in OS Win
