Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor end-to-end agreement process with all partners, including liaising closely with multiple stakeholders
  • Monitor agreement expiry and initiate discussion with an external partner for renewal
  • Handle customer contacts from direct channels, e.g. Telegram for Pelapak Community
  • Support the business operational tasks, such as meeting arrangements and handling the administrative requirements
  • Monitor the finance invoicing process (actively checking to finance regarding approval process).

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or any other relevant field
  • Have 1-2 years and more experience in related field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and progressive.
