Sales Support Intern

Job Description :

• Support Sales Support team in performing data processing activities i.e. Extract the raw data, process the data in a way that could be meaningful to the business, and present it in the predefined reporting format in a timely manner.
• Take ownership of the assigned report which he/she produced, immediately escalate whenever data anomalies are identified.
• Cross-checking the report prior to delivery in order to ensure high data reliability.

Requirements :

• Up to 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor of Informatics / Information System / Mathematics from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess advanced knowledge in using spreadsheet applications (such as Excel of GSheet pivot and/or formulas).
• Enjoy working with a large number of data and deep-diving it to make a set of meaningful conclusions for the business.
• Has an eye for detail and the ability to spot some anomalies in a series of data.
• Good work ethics to deliver assigned tasks in a timely manner under minimum supervision within high-tension environments.
