As part of a full remote team, legal will be part of Corporate Affair team which is essential so that our team members are well supported and are part of a team working together to make the world a better place! You will experience real work in start-up legal, review legal documents with organizers and sponsors, and learn about remote work practices. This is an opportunity to learn from one of Indonesia’s first full remote team and understand the advantages (and challenges)!
Job Description
- Do legal research and help to make policy within the company;
- Discuss and formulate the terms and conditions, and privacy policy; of the platform and the application;
- Inform stakeholders and ensure that they understand the mechanics of a legal document and the process;
- Review legal documents relating to any partnership (sponsors, organizations, external partners, etc.);
- Documentation of partnership agreements and documents;
- Draft any related document needed within the company;
- Involve in any discussions relating to the partnership and legal process;
- Keep up with new law, amendments, and any legal news.
Requirement
- Undergraduate students of law or fresh graduate of law from any university;
- Understanding the business law and legal concept, national and international;
- Critical thinking and meticulous eye for details;
- Good communication skills, written and verbal;
- English fluently is recommended;
- Proactive, initiative, and creative;
- Interest for community and social movement projects;
- As our company operates fully remotely, you will need to demonstrate an ability to communicate and coordinate effectively through written and verbal communication channels.
