Our Monitoring & Evaluation Intern is someone who has a passion to research, observe, and keep on track with data then make a data-based evaluation through it. Someone who possesses the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Responsible for managing the workflows that are needed to monitor, mitigate and report on abusive activity to maintain a safe space to take action #ForChange.
Job Description
- Support the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in coordinating and conducting evaluation the results of activities and give input/feedback for better implementation
- Support Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to collect relevant data to analyze on monthly and quarterly report
- Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in planning and coordinating campaign activities monitoring and evaluation
- Support monitoring and evaluation on the programs to ensure it reached the goals and providing analysis on recommendation on process improvements.
- Keeping accurate records of all activities, developing reports and monitoring and evaluating activities (including monitoring media coverage and media reporting)
- Help to collect and present project data and information from different sources
Requirement
- Experience in program planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting;
- Knowledge on monitoring environmental and social risks are preferable;
- Knowledge on social issues (equality, environment, health, education)
- Technical experience with collecting data
- Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForChange app that reflects your personal social mission
