Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Intern to join our family! We're looking for a team-oriented and communicative individuals to help our Channel Support team in their day-to-day tasks which includes:
- Handling Channel Case (X2X, Top Up, etc)
- Responsible for Reconcile of DANA Admin (L3 Part)
- Handling Inquiry and complaint both from our customer and Internal DANA
- Attend Performance meeting with vendor.
- Calibration and knowledge sharing to vendor.
Requirements:
- Active student in university, min. going through semester 5 in any major have a keen interest in venturing FinTech business;
- Willing to be located in Jakarta
- Fluent in English, in writing or speaking
- Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, energetic personality that would able to develop relationships with clients, partners and other key stakeholders, including negotiating and building influence;
- Creative and strategic thinker with analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations;
- Results-oriented mindset is a must. Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve ever-changing target.
