Job Description:
- Update our internal databases, maintain files, and other clerical duties.
- Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations if needed.
- Supporting for DANACare programs such as weddings/calamity/baby born announcement, and another session.
- Attend and participate in organizing People Partner events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Management, Human resource, or related fields.
- Experienced with Ms. Office, especially in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, and problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational and public speaking skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Minimum of 6-month period
- Able to join immediately
