Posisi ini akan bekerja di hotel, restaurant, travel agensi dan yang lainnya di Jepang. Tugas pekerjaan akan menyesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan preferensi masing-masing dari pekerja. 

Steps of Recruitment and Training in Indonesia

• Step 1 Administrative selection in the platform (May 2024);
• Step 2 Administrative selection based on document evidence (June 2024);
• Step 3 Interview in Indonesian by the Hatarakimasu Indonesia (July 2024);
• Step 4 Interview in Japanese by the Agency and Recruiter in Japan (August 2024);
• Step 5 Contract Offer as the full time employee by the Recruiter in Japan and Contract Offer for the training and dispatching program by Hatarakimasu Indonesia (September 2024);
• Step 6 Contract signing (if agree, then move to Step 7);
• Step 7 Intensive training online (3 Days) and on site (2 Days);
• Step 8 Administrative departure preparation (90 Days)
• Step 9 Departure to Japan

In Japan

• Step 10 Preparation to live in Japan (5 Days)
• Step 11 Start to work with the Recruiter

Welcome

Having a Master Degree; Having a Basic English Proficiency; Having a work experience in any Japanese company; Having a degree from any campus in Japan.

Required

Minimum Bachelor degree related to Hospitality or any major with related Hospitality experience; Fresh graduate is welcome to apply; Basic Level of Japanese Proficiency (Min. JLPT N3).
