What you'll do:

• Monitor the company’s Brand Awareness and update any important events
• Read and understand data from dashboards and generate reports
• Supporting the team on the end-to-end administration process
• Responsible for handling operational process of payment to third party vendors
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all the documents needed are complete
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

What you'll need:

• Graduated at least with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• Proficient in Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly to everyone
• Have the ability to speak and write concisely using English and Indonesia
• Self-motivated, independent, and willing to learn
• Have strong organizational skills or experience
