Perform data collection and data analysis both qualitatively and quantitatively to improve understanding of market and consumer behavior
Approach customers to find out customer opinions through various effective methods, such as Focus Group Discussion, Interview,/IDI, survey, etc.
Work with the research team with regular tracking on business performance and marketing effectiveness, and integrate with other key performance metrics to conclude on actionable insights.
Supervision on working with agencies for external research.
What you'll need:
Minimum of 2 years experience in market research, statistics, Industrial Engineering, psychology, or CMI.
Have knowledge or understanding of market and consumers insights, tools, and techniques
Experienced in processing data both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Have experience on moderator IDI or FGD
Having experience from financial services would be a plus
