As a member of the Growth and Monetization team, you are part of a team that performs analysis, makes insightful recommendations, and designs solutions to address complex business issues. You will develop products and implement data-informed strategies in order to achieve your monetization and growth goals while working hard to grow player revenue and value across the community. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to create industry-leading monetization systems.
Job Description
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop growth strategies and build new products that meet players' needs
- Support existing monetization strategies, revenue channels present in the game today, while working on new systems to maximize player revenue and value
- Participate in In-game campaign formulation from ideation, planning, release, and monitoring of in-game revenue campaigns
- Analyze player data and produce results to compile insights
- Communicate strategic recommendations and product outcomes to product leaders and decision-makers
Job Requirements
- Team Player: Proven work experience on a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- More than a gamer: You have a deep passion for games, a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
- Experienced: Experienced in micro-transactions and game monetization, either through design or personal experience
- Multitasker: Proficient in project management tools, e.g. Asana or Trello
- Goal-getter: Data-driven and set strong, measurable goals
- Clear-thinker: Possess a strong logical, analytical and critical thinking ability
- Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
