About The Role

As a business operations intern you will be in charge of projects on business process improvement for operation, assisting operations team in daily activities, data administrative, management, and follow-up customer.

What You Will Do

  • Synthesize data from multiple sources
  • Update and synthesize communications materials
  • Research possible future program opportunities
  • Prepare and fill all forms or other documents related to business operations matter

What You Will Need

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
  • Have strong attention to details
  • Able to execute the process as instructed
  • Apply basic problem-solving skills and basic reasoning to issues faced and able to escalate issues to higher authority
