Content Strategist Intern - MAM

About The Role

Here, you will play a key role in supporting content distribution success. With your strong analytical and delivery skills, sharp attention to detail, and stellar creative ideation abilities, you will champion content marketing strategy across many merchant-facing brands and steal audiences' hearts with our engaging content. Worry not. You will work directly and closely with the Content Team to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate all merchants.

Your contribution will further cement Gojek & GoTo Financial's positive images as merchants' preferred services and solutions.

What You Will Do

• Analyzing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate merchants/business owners' needs
• Building a content distribution and collaborating with the relevant teams to implement the strategy
• Strategizing, improving, and monitoring content delivery
• Analyzing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not
• Conducting periodic content audits
• Developing fresh and creative copy and crafting articles related to the product, promos, campaigns, event recaps, and merchant stories

What You Will Need

• Fresh graduate or final year student from any major, preferably from Communication
• Excellent knowledge of grammar both in English and Indonesian
• Demonstrating interest in recent business/marketing trends is a must
• Good knowledge of writing fundamentals such as structured thinking, critical thinking, and creative thinking to develop their writing output
• Familiarity with Content Management systems, keyword research tools, SEO, and social media platforms
• Available to work full-time for a 6-month contract. (We are currently working from home)
