Merchant Community Associate - Commerce Enablemen

What You Will Do

• Develop creative ideas and content plans for merchant education inside Community Group of Moka, GoStore, and Selly
• Work with Product and Strategy team to create education article on Help Centre
• Assist in the execution of merchant educational webinars
• Responsible for post-webinar engagement content and activity in Community Group
• Report the result of all engagement content inside the Community group to all relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns communication for merchants

What You Will Need

• Minimum bachelor's degree from any major/educational background with a strong understanding of communication. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Has good analytical skills, excellent in communication with strong empathy and people skills
• Preferably have working experience related to community events or community management
• Has a good understanding and interest in online and offline business trends
• Possess an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with social media and online learning platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, Whatsapp, and Zoom
• Experience working in an e-commerce or tech company is a plus
