Online Commerce Growth Analyst

About the Role

The scope of the Online Commerce Growth Analyst is a mix of both data-driven strategizing as well as hands-on practical implementation of the recommendations that you provide. It is an opportunity to shape and be part of growing exciting digital products (GoStore & Selly) with a collaborative and enthusiastic team. In your role, we expect you to ideate and execute (along with other teams) creative and high-impact merchant growth incentives, campaigns, and collaborations to further boost our growth.

What You Will Do

• Assist the Online Commerce Growth manager in analyzing data, tracking initiative progress and creating reports for campaigns, presenting weekly metrics for internal updates
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams and external partners to implement programs and campaigns end-to-end
• Responsible for helping to drive  growth through designing and executing creative and effective merchant incentives programs and promotional campaigns
• Track and report initiative progress, derive data-driven insights and identify improvement areas, roadblocks and recommended next steps

What You Will Need

• Experience in executing data-driven campaigns, creating reports
• At least 1 year experience in tech startup / e-commerce industry in category management or business development; or in consulting or other highly demanding and fast-paced environment
• Business-minded, analytical, and incredibly detail-oriented
• Collaborative and possess strong communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams across various functions and levels
• Flexible, able to multitask, willing to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly, and eager to learn
