As our Risk System Projects Analyst at Gojek Financial Services, you’ll take the wheel in managing system and infrastructural related projects to support the entire risk management (consumer, commercial, and operations) to meet Financial Services Platform’s OKR. Reporting directly to the Head of Risk, you’ll infrastructural projects for risk management, including having clear timelines on all milestones and deadlines, as well as follow-ups to related stakeholders for timeliness in execution, and managing the administrative aspect of projects. What You Will Do
- Lead all infrastructural projects for risk management, including having clear timelines on all milestones and deadlines, as well as follow-ups to related stakeholders for timeliness in execution
- Create, suggest, and revise process and user-flows as a solution to risk's problems that is conformed with existing system/process setup, having full apprehension of end-to-end infrastructural need for risk management in mind
- Update and manage related stakeholders, including the senior leadership team on the progress of the projects, escalate quickly but orderly, and give a sense of assurance that the project is under control
- Manage the administrative aspect of projects (e.g. legal, compliance, procurement, infosec, etc), to ensure all running projects are not violating all existing rules and regulations
What You Will Need
- General knowledge about how loan infrastructure works in a Financial Institution, with a good understanding of the Agile software development process
- Skill and imagination to create new system designs explained with an obsessed use of process-flow diagrams, detailed concisely in self-explanatory documents
- Skill and experience in managing complex projects in a well-organized, thorough, and clear in terms of timeline, deliverables, and responsibility ownerships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to approach and persuade related stakeholders, and manage the expectations of mid to senior-level management
- Capability to assist and influence the decision(s) by presenting one’s logical chain of thoughts, as well as to foresee and quantify the impact of the decisions
