Develop and implement a business plan for your area that is focused on the achievement of identified critical lead measures.
Monitoring your performance and reach the company objective and ensuring the utilization of reporting tool provide to territory goals and tracking consumption trend for all GSK Product as well as to develop Account Journey for Key Customer
Uses multiple data sources to analyze area performance dynamics, identify area trends and opportunities, and develop, insight and tactical activities that deliver business objectives
Manage performance results of the area’s key activities to determine its contribution to the achievement of business objectives.
Collaborates with Marketing, Comex, and Sales team to execution all CTC programs.
Collaborates with Sales team/KAM/JKN and supports trade activities to ensure GSK product visibility in various channels.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
Hold Bachelor’s Degree from any major
Has minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial functions in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Deliver at least consistent outstanding & exceptional performance in the company in the past 2 years
Demonstrates ability to create, implement and drive excellent business plans & execution
High sense of accountability, Analytical thinking, Strong influencing skills, Business planning & execution, Personal Resilience and strong agility
