Job Description

• Prepare payments to suppliers/vendors.
• Process invoices (receiving and checking)
• Provide a daily report receipt of goods and prepare petty cash report (AP Staff).
• Entry payment data and validate it

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from a reputable university.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field of finance and accounting from the F&B Industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Having knowledge about basic accounting.
• Able to operate Ms Office (Ms Word & Ms Excel).
• Have a good ability to work both as team or individual.
• Detail oriented.
