Qualifications:
- Min. holds Bachelor Degree from Engineering
- Holds technical certifications, e.g. boiler or electrical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using AutoCad draw, with minimum passive English ability
- Good in project analysis with strong financial acumen and execution of plans
- Able to multitask and good project management resulting in capability to work under pressure with target
- Confidence and strong teamwork, able to manage people
Responsibilities:
- Supervise technician, cleaning, security, pest control project
- Ensure integrated operations run as planned and achieve KPI
- Design and monitor PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) technician
- Manage vendors
- Monitor permit expire date and help for renewal process
- Create IFS monthly report to client
