Job Description

• Draft, review, and revise relevant contracts or provide legal advice on issues arising from the procurement or operation.
• Preparing legal documents related to supply chain for Company’s business operation.
• Issuing legal suggestions or opinions on the legal compliance in accordance with relevant Indonesia laws and regulations 
• Reviewing and revising the contracts with the vendors to meet the specific production and operation needs
• Providing legal support for obtaining the relevant permits, licenses, and other matters required for the factory’s opening and operation.
• Providing legal advice related to supply chain matters.
• Managing agreements and contracts related to supply chain
