Job Description

• Identify potential Digital Goods sellers/brands and perform relationship building until successful on-boarding process.
• Maintain relationship and sales monitoring from respected sellers and perform required action to improve the sales performance.
• Identifies ways to drive sales generation through business analysis & ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential.
• Work directly with the category team, onsite, traffic, and marketing channels to drive sales.
• Analyze past performance to find trends.
• Create relevant campaigns to engage customers based on performance and market trends.
• Working closely with onsite to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales.
• Plan category traffic optimization through search, CRM, and other channels.
• Analyze and create campaign reports on a weekly basis.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce, telco, fintech, startup or other related high tech industry.
• Understanding and have passion in Digital Business, e-commerce and telco.
• Eagerness and hungry to learn something new.
• Self-driven, motivated, independent and have a positive and can-do attitude.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities on both English and Bahasa.
• Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university.
