Job Description
Manage all promotion activities on Lazada homepage and ensure every placement generates high click-through and conversion from promotion, visuals, and personalization.
Work closely with Commercial (Sales), Graphics, Marketing team to ensure timely deliverables with accurate and attractive content to be showcased to the customers.
Work closely with the product team to ensure continuous optimizations and efficiencies: product improvements, personalization optimizations, innovation roadmaps, visual localization.
Monitor performance and define action points/build initiatives and create process and governance to improve metrics performances.
Job Requirements
Passion towards user behavior, visual/design sense is a plus.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities.
Strong execution skills, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
Fluent communication in English.
