Project
Champion for CPD Ecommerce D2C transition and be the leading force in achieving D2C objective:
- Take an active role in D2C transition preparation
- Develop customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase
- Develop strategy on customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing and seamless customer experience;
- Drive growth, develop, propose and implement creative solutions to drive and increase conversion;
- Analyze and manage CRM & loyalty programs
- Tracking and monitoring specific e-commerce KPI’s (unique visitors, conversion rate)
Requirements
- Indonesian Nationality
- University Student – currently pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree without professional working experience (internships not included)
- Available for full-time internship for 6 months
- Proficient in English both verbal & written
- Has leadership experience and active in student organizations/ campus activity
- Possess good communication skills & positive working attitude
- Dynamic & creative, with high energy
- Superb analytical skills
- Takes initiative
