Mitrais, A Member Of CAC Holdings Group, is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition who sees connecting people as an art.
Your main responsibility is to support talent acquisition team in administering and scheduling various recruitment activities, catering internal customers and candidates to ensure efficient recruitment process. You must be energetic, flexible, have good attention to detail, and a people person who have great interest in serving people. You will be based in Bandung or Jakarta.
You Must Have The Following
- Relevant degree, preferably in Psychology
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, recruitment experience in IT company will be a big plus
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and a quick learner to computer systems especially Applicant Tracking Systems
- Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
- Enjoy meeting and engaging with people
- Social Media savvy, high level of confident and persistent in achieving target
- Willing to relocate, work and live in Bandung or Jakarta.
