- Talent acquisition
- Assisting end to end recruitment process
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
- Analyze employment data related to the position and make it visible to the user needs
- Manage BPJS, employment agreement, general company announcement, and other doc (like KITAS - working with agent) etc
Requirements
- Fresh graduate any major
- Had an internship in HR related field would be a plus
- Familiar with social media, job portal, CV databases, and other professional network
- Had experience in HR and Talent Acquisition would be a plus value.
