Responsibilities

The Public Relations Specialist responsibilities include maintaining the overall brand reputation of the company, maintaining Internal Communications in collaboration with P&C team to handle internal activities and communications for the employee. Responsible in Community Development to build and maintain relationships with the community, and involved at Employer Branding, to increase company recognition.

  • Support the Corporate Communications Department in the development of communications collateral (e.g. communications strategy, press release, story pitch, keynote speeches, standby statement, spokesperson presentation, FAQs, etc.) and implementation of communication strategies to raise Pegipegi’s corporate image
  • Organize and implement PR events (e.g. press conferences, media gathering, internal event, promotion event, speaking engagement, etc.)
  • Drive positive coverage for Pegipegi across a broad range of media, including travel, lifestyle, business, tech, and general publications.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting Pegipegi media coverage on a regular basis
  • Build, maintain and establish strong media relationships
  • Build, maintain and establish community relations
  • Build, maintain and execute community project
  • Resolve public affair involve in issues and crises communication management, both internal and external, to protect Pegipegi brand reputation

Requirements (Education Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences) 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social science is preferred. 
  • Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Interest, understanding, and following of industry trends, media conversations, and cultural moments to create new Pegipegi communications strategy
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues across different verticals, and eagerness to learn
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
