Revenue and Growth Management Analyst - Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of travel and related industries and gain knowledge of the latest trends and opportunities
• Accountable to analyze Pegipegi financial conditions to provide business recommendations supporting business objectives
• Coordinating and collaborating with other departments to execute business initiatives in marketing, product development, and commercial department
• Design optimized pricing and discounting plan to support growth and revenue generation
• Develop commercial model and agreement for initiatives with external partners
• Monitor competitor's movement and lead initiatives to counter competitors' strategies when necessary
• Develop business reports representing the latest business conditions covering financial metrics and other related KPI

Requirements (Education Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)

• Fresh graduate from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results, preferably from a STEM or Business background
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proven track records of applying both skills to solve complex situations
• Ability to formulate business concepts into mathematical models and understanding of sensitivity analysis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead discussions in a large group
• Passion to bring business impact and eagerness to learn new things
