UI Designer

Responsibilities

Pegipegi is looking for creative minds and user-minded UI designer to create an Intuitive UI design that turns design to positive feedback experience.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer based.

• Understand the industries we are in, the products that we have, and the objectives we are trying to achieve through UI design.
• Be a great team player, willing to work with agile teams. Able to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers.
• Creating, improving and using wire frames, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of type methods.
• Presenting and defending your design decision. All your design decision should be based on the overall design road map as well as your own design thinking and multi-disciplinary principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Continually keeping yourself and design team updated with the latest changes in your industries standard and trends.
• Be responsible for the acquisition and retention success rate together with product management and marketing team.

Requirements

• One or more year of experience and proven track records. Fresh graduates also welcomed.
• A bachelor degree holder from well-known university or experienced in design industry.
• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
• Hands-on experience creating wire frames, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, and Prototyping tools.
• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
• Open to receive objective criticism, open-minded, and improve upon it.
