Apprenticeship Agency Recruitment (Administrative & Data)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in managing recruitment daily/weekly/monthly reporting
• Provide support in managing assessment and administration process of Recruitment Activities
• Manage logistic production and storage monitoring of recruitment collaterals and marketing tools
• Manage procurement process of recruitment events and activities
• Prepare ad-hoc data reporting to support in making strategic recruitment decision

Requirements:

• Possess knowledge and skill in administration, reporting, & data management
• Ability to operate Ms. Office. Advanced skill at Microsoft Excel will be advantage
• Good written & verbal communication
• Possess good analytical skill
• High attention to details & fast learning
• Ability to meet deadline and handle request in timely manner
