Collecting requirement documents for BPJS registration and termination.
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory exit process of the terminated employee.
Performs routine tasks required to manage interns and administration for employees. Prepare supporting data for monthly payroll (recap for the loan, etc).
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR Operation.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
Detail-oriented
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and word
Full-time internship
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
