Responsibilities
- Extract General Ledger Accounting for actual expense for adhoc request by user and for reporting purposes.
- Review & analyze detail expense which extracted from Accounting System (Sun GL)
- Summarize manual payment that can’t be processed by payment system, and updated to the budget listing for each department
- Follow up to user for any adhoc request related to the budget and spending
- Provide supporting data for regional request/ user’s request/ adhoc
- Upload, transfer and adjust budget in system
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major or 1-year experience in accounting department.
- Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellence knowledge in Power BI would be advantage.
- Good knowledge in accounting.
- Available to join for 9 months internship period.
