Job Descriptions

• Assisting the SM and the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing events starting from preparations to execution.
• Assisting the SM and the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing administration process (contract, meeting minutes, invoice, PR, coupa-related logbook, etc.)
• Assisting in having a good contact and networking with both internal & external stakeholders (partners, vendors, NGO, event organizers, volunteers, etc.)
• Assisting in managing CI Central Repository (MoU, monitoring reports, final reports, photos, videos, posters, etc.)
• Responsible of monthly CI media monitoring reporting
• Assisting in managing PRUVolunteers engagement activities and development
• To assist the SM & the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in preparing sponsorship/donation proposals and follow up with the process of approval, payment and reporting
• To assist the SM & the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in the communication, promotion  and digital of CI activities

Requirements

• Graduated from a reputable university – at least SI/bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to deal with people at all levels
• A good team player who can work under minimum supervision
• Having an action oriented and positive attitude
• Ability to manage administration
• Conversant in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power-point) and fluent in both written and spoken English – as well as basic knowledge on communication and project management.
