Job Description:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
  2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  4. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  5. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  6. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Manage job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  9. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.
  10. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking activities to enhance the organization's employer brand.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment
