Talent Acquisition Intern will work closely with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and participating in career events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and has a passion for people. 

Job Responsibilities

• Implement end to end recruitment process; from initial sourcing, filtering and screening process, up to the candidate’s offering stage 
• Ensure a good candidate experience in the recruitment process 
• Collaborate with Culture and Marketing team to create employer branding initiatives

Job Requirements

• Final year student or Fresh Graduate from Psychology or Human Resources Management major
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
• Have internship experience in the HR area is strongly preferred
• Able to join ASAP for min 3 months and work at Puri Kembangan Jakarta Barat
