Consumer & Channel Strategy Internship

Description

• Help channel Analytics to prepare weekly channel performance review (identify the problem, root cause, and recommended solution)
• Help to construct forecasts and analytical models to set targets for Field Education Consultants (FEC) & Outbound Education Consultants (OEC)
• Provide support and insight based on sales performance and productivity
• Assist development of mid and long term sales channel strategies based on corporate targets, incl, manpower planning, and performance targets
• Start to having an understanding of the ongoing issues/opportunities in the channel
• Develop recommendations based on the analysis, on how to close the gap
• Involve in developing  incentive models for FEC & OEC
• Monitoring cost and revenue achievement FEC & OEC

Requirement

• Good logical and analytical thinking
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Expert in Excel or Spreadsheet
• Understanding Google Data Studio or other reporting tools is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a changing plan and handle multiple priorities
