Legal Internship (Talent Pool)

Description

• As a legal intern, you will be supporting our legal team in conducting legal research in broad subject matters, assisting in providing legal review and legal drafting on various contracts and also performing day-to-day legal support. You will also work closely with other departments to socialize company internal policy and assist in solving legal issues in various commercial and product-related setting.

Requirement

• Active university students or fresh graduates with a law background a minimum GPA of 3.25
• Great leadership track record in on-campus organizations or other extracurricular activities
• Have internship experience in law firm or start-up company is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional leadership and strong negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Having personal devices for work at least computer/laptops
