Job Description
- Analyze and Report bugs that happened in ruangkerja's dashboard system to the engineering team
- Give recommendations based on knowledge, experience, dan also client suggestion to develop the Ruangkerja's platform
- Managing all client data in Ruangkerja system
- Perform all account management activities for higher product utilization in the dashboard
- Report project matters to the client (including progress and development)Discover, understand, and empathize with every aspect of customer needs and experience to maintain high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Statistics/Mathematics/IT/Information System/ Computer Science or Equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in Data Management or Data Analysis, Product Development, Commerce (B2B Field is a plus)
- Fresh graduates with a similar intern or project experience are welcome to apply
- Familiar with Ms.Excel, Big Querry, and Software Analytics
- Able to work in agile circumstances, flexible, tech-savvy, and also detail-oriented
- Having good skills in Client Services/ Client Relations
