Key Accountabilities for this position

• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of services to prospective clients.
• Closely align with Account Manager and teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines
• Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work for
• Coordinating internal teams to meet project milestones
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
• Keep records of client transactions and collect due amounts
• Compiling and analyzing data to find trends and developing sales strategies
• Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
• Maintaining a database of contact information
• Handling complaints and negotiations

• Understanding of MS Office and CRM software and ability to operate it well.
• Research-related experience in business or marketing
• Relevant Bachelor level qualification. 
• Met all requirements for legally living and working in Indonesia.
