Evaluate and implement improvement on digital strategy
Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends
Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies according to the client’s needs and objectives
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the client’s brand identity and objectives
Research and understand the client’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
Collaborate with creative production team and account team from strategize, campaign concept development, creative briefs to delivery of the projects
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving engagement and promoting social media campaigns
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts
Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate company and client’s social media presence and performance
Analyse and preparing monthly report on digital campaigns
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the digital and social media campaigns for optimal results
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
In-partnership with KOL Specialist in developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events
Recommend influencers and cast talents as required for projects in collaboration with KOL Specialist and creative production team
Optimize SEO when needed
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in various industries and in social media
Client liaison to develop a strong understanding of client requirements and objectives
Expressive and innovative in their ideas
Executing tasks with the flair and professionalism needed to push the agency and clients in the right direction
To be successful in this position:
Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media platforms.
An impressive conceptual outlook and ability to produce original ideas
High-level creative thinking, creative project conception and the confidence to use it
Critical thinking skills, competitive and tactical
Comprehensive understanding of advertising and marketing principles
Extensive background with social media campaign
Strong online presence
The ability to deliver campaigns that generate results; Result-driven and detail-oriented
Excellent written (copywriting) and verbal communication skills
The ability to think laterally and literally
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, events and projects, and intensive workloads
Ability to operate collaboratively, and with a high degree of autonomy.
Ability to work with deadlines
Proficient in MS Office as well as Social Media Analytics and management platforms (such as FB Business Manager, Hootsuite, Social Sprout, Recurpost, Buffer, SocialBakers, Mailchimp, etc)
Excellent presentation skills
Motivation and the desire to execute every job to the highest standard
A demonstrated commitment to the provision of quality services
Currently studying in the relevant field (preferable communications, public relations, social media or marketing)
