Job Descriptions
Conduct legal research (desktop/field) for new business/product initiatives & produce writing report
Assist in preparing legal documentation, including create 1st draft PKS and NDA, updating legal tracker, follow up on respective accounts
Assist in the execution of contract documents
Provide legal admin support
Maintain digital libraries and databases of legal contracts
Generate cover/introduction letter requested by other division
Generate and confirm any PoA to be issued for any workers' contract
Qualifications
Final year undergraduate student, majoring in Legal
Able to work online with guidance through online meetings and calls
Sharp time management skill
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
Domicile in Jabodetabek
Possess a working laptop with a good internet connection is a must
