Propose, develop, and implement internal communication strategies as well as effective and efficient use of internal channels to deliver the Bank's leadership strategy, spread the Bank's cultural values, and create an interesting & positive experience for employees.
Propose, compile, and implement the culture work program to ensure the work program is in accordance with the company's operational needs.
Propose, compile, and carry out the creation of employee orientation program content (onboarding) to support the smooth and effective introduction/induction of new employees to the organization and existing employees.
Propose, compile, and implement a corporate value internalization program in order to support the implementation process to each individual.
Requirements
Minimum S1 majoring in Communication, Public Relations, or Psychology.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in the field of internal communication and employee/culture engagement.
Able to develop strategic solutions and provide immediate execution.
Tech-savvy and familiar with virtual technology tools & systems to support employee engagement and improve the way they work.
Able to think creatively.
Able to communicate verbally and in writing in Indonesian and English.
