IT Project Management Intern null

Job Description:

• Understand and gather requirements from all stakeholders, both IT and non-IT such as business, operations, and finance.
• Bridge the requirements between non-technical users and the technical IT team.
• Coordinate UAT testing plan and implementation, ensuring deliverables are well aligned with stakeholders’ expectations.
• Come up with suitable project action items and the respective schedules
• Keep track of the progress of each action item and deliver suitable deliverables
• Coordinate with vendors if necessary

Requirements:

• Final year student/Fresh Graduate from engineering/technology related major
• Has basic understanding of general IT, such as hardware and software
• Good clarity in both written and verbal communications
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Strong ownership and team spirit
• Team player
• Able to cope with a fast-paced work environment
• Willing to work in a 6 monthly internship program
