While also creating impact by supporting small sellers and micro-entrepreneurs across the nation. As an Intern for BizOps People, you will be supporting a dedicated People Role for Commercial Team. This role is highly related to training, hiring and other projects/initiatives related to people matters in the Commercial Team.

Job Description

The activities you will be supporting are not limited to:

  • Facilitate training requests from Commercial Team: starting from preparing material, setting up the schedule, to hosting the sessions.
  • Connect with relevant stakeholders in Commercial Team and other Subject Matter Experts to understand training needs and propose learning program initiatives.
  • Connect with the HR team to maintain hiring progress and ensure the requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Commercial Employee Tracker dashboard to keep track of headcount numbers
  • Gather people insights in Commercial Team through project-based survey and create action item suggestions.
  • Support simple data analysis for the BizOps People project report

Requirements

  • Open for fresh graduates or with experience in start-up/logistics/supply chain as HR.
  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, preferably in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Education or other relevant majors.
  • Active English speaker, both oral and written
  • Strong communication skills, enjoy working with people and interest in human relations matters.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, proactive, and high curiosity.
  • Strong in Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slide and able to perform simple data analysis through Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet.
